Poster by Alfons Mucha

1984 Louisiana World Exposition Poster (the World's Fair)

Here the story of art nouveau……….
ART NOUVEAU also called the ( NEW ART ), is an international style of art, architecture and design  including decorative arts and jewelry, furniture, textiles, household utensils, lighting, the range of visual arts. Art Nouveau could be called the Pop Art of its time.
The name 'Art Nouveau' derived from the name of a shop in Paris, Maison de l'Art Nouveau, at the time run by Siegfried Bing, that showcased objects that followed this approach to design. Dynamic, undulating, and flowing, with curved 'whiplash' lines of syncopated rhythm, characterized much of Art Nouveau. Another feature is the use of hyperbolas and parabolas. Conventional mouldings seem to spring to life and grow into plant-derived forms.

Art Nouveau did not rage against "the Machine" as the Arts and Crafts Movement did, but used it to its advantage.
For sculpture, the principal materials employed were glass and wrought iron, leading to sculptural qualities even in architecture.

Designed in 1899, the Porte Dauphine station

Freedoms of art, and from here I can see that, this building is very complex but have a qualities of greats steel decoration with a perfect balance and color replacement. Art Nouveau is generally characterized by the use of long, asymmetrical, organic lines often taking the form of flower stalks, insect wings and other natural objects. Sometimes the line tends to be elegant or infused with a powerfully rhythmic form. Art Nouveau is strongly connected to symbolism, Japanese art and gothic style.

this picture actually,is the most my favorite artwork that I have done before, its is because I’m doing the work with joy, pationated and smilesJ.this is what the joy of work means to me…,,,THE SATISFACTION WHEN YOU SEE THE FINISH PRODUTS created  FROM YOUR OWN HANDS,BODY AND SOUL….eONE(aestheticism: expressive quality of organic line) It also combines the use of different materials like metal, net, stud, diamond, beads and fabric which actually reflect some aspects of the Art Nouveau style, the freedoms of material used in doing arts……Since the beginning of my project I have tried to achieve the synthesis of ornament and structure by using simple geometrical forms as well as many expressive organic details. Art Nouveau posters, decoration and buildings have been an inspiration to me during the making of this work in my attempt to give a vintage atmosphere to my work.

I personally think that joy of work is all about love, PASSION, happy, EXCITEMENT & freedoms of doing something and it’s also fulfill your own needs and interest…..that’s the JOY of life…..

My JOY of work, played with color J
